No access to POE2

Hello
So I've been playing the new POE2 in December, everything went fine, stopped playing for a month and now I come back, it gives me the error that I don't have access to the Early Access and that I need a key ? And of course I can't re-use the key I had so now I just don't have access to anything.

Can you help me out ? (Oh and I'm posting here because that were the link sent me everytime I tried to look for the support part of the POE2 website)
