The account has been blocked for a month.

Hello everyone, I probably like some other people was hacked, after contacting support my account was blocked, and for a whole month I have not received any messages at all. I paid 200 bucks to play with friends, in the end by mistake GGG, they blocked the account and do not let me play, and also will not return anything. This is some kind of surrealism, absolutely. I also want to note the funny thing that in a relatively recent post it was said "We responded to 400,000 messages, there are still about 75,000 left" in the interval of 2 weeks. Then another two have passed and they can not respond to the last 75,000, provided that if you believe them, they increased the number of those who respond, in general, improved support. I do not know guys, how can I even believe this, it is just terribly funny.
