There's ZERO Customer Support
All the threads here are getting answered with emails.
Every "email response" is just a copy pasted email asking for details that are ALREADY GIVEN and ASKING US IF THE PROBLEM IS STILL OCCURRING. They're cheating the metrics. There is no actual support it's all a lie. Last bumped on Feb 9, 2025, 4:16:08 AM

I have same issue with my ticket. So it's not only 1 instance, both of tickets since november had copypasted response that requested information that was already provided... oh, and last response I was ever given was 21.12.2024.
I also requested shipping estimate and sizing chart(ticket is about physical items) and was ignored too. Fun. I would usually try to give benefit of the doubt but with how many people mention the abysmal support experience this lowkey feels like a rug pull. |

As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. Totally agreed, they simply should stop responding with their nearly automatic "please mail us at the support" nonsense and just help us resolve it.
It's weekend, everyone has to get a break, but if someone has an urge to keep working and is able to response to nearly each and every post each day here, then it would be better if this person just felt responsible and try to make it worthwhile with a proper way of solving things. Spamming the mail thing won't help and it just creates a massive headache for others in the support team. |

" Most companies are bound to 2 weeks reply time by their own TOS so 1-2+ months for a response is ridiculous regardless of how they are handling their queue. |
