POE 2 - I miss the motivation to reach level 100 in the last levels (95-100)

Hello dear GGG team,
first of all I want to thank you for your great work! I have played POE 2 for over 400 hours and still enjoy it (even if it is less intense compared to the release). I'm one of those players who like to put all their time into a character to get it to level 100.
However, I miss the motivation in the last levels. I am now level 96 and unfortunately my motivation to reach level 100 is decreasing day by day. As you know, it's still a long way from level 96 to level 100. could you think about introducing rewards for those who have taken on this challenge and invested hundreds of hours to reach this goal? For example, I would be very happy if you could get something unique cosmetic for the effort and time you have invested. Something that makes it visible that you have taken the hard way and that you can't just buy in the store.
i would be happy if this message reaches you and hope for an improvement in motivation to go the last meters and finally reach level 100. It is certainly something unique that not everyone can do and this should be honored.

So people can't pay for a leveling service in poe2? Like poe1 has 5ways?
Because if they can, then the uniqueness is out of the window.

I haven't looked into whether poe has a level service, that wouldn't be an option for me either. I play a game to have fun and overcome the challenge, which includes leveling up and reaching the max level.

In my opinion, there should be more content that can only be unlocked at level 90+ or level 95+ to sweeten the game for the players who stay on the ball
