unable to play for over a month

I am making this post because the account I was playing on was inexplicably locked in the first week of this year.
I have reached to emailing support 5 times since then but never receive any follow up response.

please fix this issue.

I paid full price for a game that just wastes harddrive space.

No it is called wiullfully ignoring emails.
herew the replies are instant through email i have been waiting over a whole month.
what a joke that here all replies are same day but not on the email. only initial response no follow ups.

They do not care that u spent 500$. Im over 2k usd in and am locked for no reason.

Unlock our accounts.

Someone is going to have to sue them.

If you read reddit, it probably due to previous hacking that hacker used paypal , and the charge back drama
