My account of 12 years got locked

My account is locked, and I haven't heard from support for a week. I never in those years had a problem with anything like that. Please unlock my account as I would like to play Poe 2 (got the beta key) and the event soon.

They DONT care about your account being locked. They say that they will get to your email... its been 2 months for me. they wont. its over bud. Time for a new game. ggg is done trying. Chris and bex are gone.. ggg will NEVER be the same. They DO not care. Bex and chris were the only ggg employees that showed they cared. its all over now. |

Guys i dont know it's so messed... Im got hacked by admin account lost about 500 divs and after i got locked. Since dec19 i got 0 answers. They do not care about us. I havent experience such a bad support in my life in any game. HIRE MORE PEOPLE GGG IF YOU CANT HANDLE US PLS DO IT ASAP. Lawsuit situation close guys.

Give it about a year. They are not providing any time frames for when to expect a response. That cannot be a good sign.
