Muted without a reason

Hey,
Since 3 days ago i can‘t write into the chat and can‘t join any parties, so trading is impossable.
The Game Chat informs me, that this action (writing) ist not possable when muted.
There‘s no reason why i should be muted. I didn‘t violate any rules. Also there‘s no information how long i‘m muted. Without the possability to trade or join other players the game is almost unplayable.
I‘ve contacted the Support multiple times but no response. I‘ve searched for this topic in this forum and also other websites. It seems there‘re a lot of other players experience this. So far i can overview this topoc, all players are playing on console and it was triggerd by a gamecrash. After restarting it, the „muted problem“ exists.
Does anyone know what to do? Contacting the support doesn‘t help because they doesn‘t respond and i don‘t want to wait a week or longer to get this fixed.
