Need stash tabs but i cant buy gold on ps5

As the title says..

Ive bought multiple gold packs trough ps5 store.. never recieved my gold and it took 7 days with 0 support and 5+ mails sended to you guys to get my money back..you guys never replied

The Gold/Packs tab in-game keeps "Loading" for weeks already and i actually never get to see anything

So.. how do i actually manage to get more tabs without beeing able to buy them in-game because i cant buy "gold" any way possible
