Unresolved Issue with My Pre-Order Bonus (300 Points Missing)
Dear Path of Exile Support Team,
I am reaching out once again regarding an issue that has been completely ignored despite my repeated attempts to get a response. I pre-ordered Path of Exile 2 and am currently playing in early access, as per your offer. Part of this pre-order package included 300 in-game points, which I was supposed to receive and have not. These points are essential for purchasing premium stash tabs, which are crucial for proper inventory management. I have now sent TEN emails with all the required information and have not received a single response. This level of customer support is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of acknowledgment, let alone a resolution. I have fulfilled my part of the transaction by purchasing the game in advance. Yet, your team has failed to deliver what was promised. This is starting to feel like outright negligence, if not intentional disregard for customers who have financially supported your game. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue publicly and through the appropriate consumer protection channels. I demand an immediate resolution. Either credit my account with the 300 points I am owed or provide a valid reason for this delay.
