I got invited to play poe2 on ps5 but i dont have a ps5 anymore what do it do?

I tried to redeem my key on here but it doesn't work so I am posting this to see if I can get some help regarding this matter anything is helpful.

Hello i did to contact support but they all gave no fixes related to the issues . i did however put another ticket in been waiting on it for a minute now tho . the few times i contacted support they said "If you wish to play on an alternate system you would need to purchase early access for your account on that system. As long as your account is linked to both you would still be able to continue your characters and progress." nothing whatsoever related to my issue .
