i got a key for poe2 but its for ps5 .

so I recently checked one of my accounts that I used on PlayStation long ago and I noticed a Po2 key that was sent By GGG . I tried to redeem it here but it wont work Can I get some help? tried contacting Support 4x already in the past 3-4 hours no one answers .

Hi, thanks for the question. Early Access keys are platform specific. If you have earned a lifetime supporter Early Access key on PlayStation, that will be only for that platform's access. If you'd also like to play early access on PC, you'll also need a PC access key. You can redeem this by being given one by someone who has extras, or gain access by purchasing one of the PC Early Access Supporter Packs. I hope this clarifies things for you!
