Help opting in for physical goods for Supporter Pack upgrade.

Sent an e-mail a week ago, hoping posting on here will help.

I would like to upgrade my supporter pack to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal tier (I currently have the King of the Faridun tier supporter pack). However, I receive a message stating that I cannot receive physical items:

"You can not receive physical goods for this pack as you are upgrading from a package you have previously opted out of physical goods for. To receive physical goods remove the upgrade or contact support."

I do not recall opting out of receiving physical goods in the past (since I have not been eligible for physical goods up until this point). Would you be able to help me opt-in? I would very much like to upgrade and receive the t-shirt for this supporter pack tier.
