Steam unlink unresolved

Hey. As you mentioned before you are swamped. Unfortunately I by myself am unable to unlink Steam in my account so I definitely need your help. For the most time in recent weeks I had to play with epic, since there is an old Steam account linked to my profile ( I was unaware of that since I always played with the stand alone client.) Epic is utter trash, I always have to restart my device, because the game wont shut down completly, it´s always running. I know that this is not your problem, but I really want to play with steam. My first mail to your support was written in Mid-december, cant remeber the date, I´d say it was sometime around the 19th. I was contacted by support twice to provide further info wich was around Jan 4th or 5th. Since then I have heard nothing.
