Help and Information - Not recived gold for early acces - Forum

I purchased early access on PS5 and received gold on my account. However, when I bought early access on my Steam account, I didn’t receive any gold for that purchase. Additionally, the stash tabs I bought on PS5 don’t function properly when I play on my PC. How can I get the gold on my PC?

Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash.

Regarding your purchase on Steam, you will need to email our Support team for assistance. Please email us at Support@grindinggear.com and include your Path of Exile account name (including 4 digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters.
