With how much money they made from POE2 EA cant hire support?

I want to know what the excuse is that they cant hire support with the amount of money they made. These wait times to hear from support is inexcusable, even worse is they are not held accountable for any of this just take our money and make excuses.

" You know when you hire this type of job people do not come magically trained and able to do it? Depending on the size of their starting team they might be unable to train more than some 2 per month. So Assume they started looking to do it in mid january you would not expect significant changes before march. |

most people playing EA are from free code give aways for steam POE 2 wasn't as "successful" as people think. they didn't even get more players than pubg did that day and it was a slow day for pubg |

You're not being fair in your comparison. This genre Poe Like or Diablo Like will never have the same amount of players as other genres like shooters... So your comparison doesn't reflect the reality of whether or not the game has been a success. What is clear is that it has had and has had more players over time than Poe has in its long life.
