Unlink Steam Account

I've sent in a couple of emails regarding this but haven't heard back in weeks since the original email.
Could my Steam account be unlinked from my GGG account? I haven't used that steam account in years, and recently purchased the $400 supporter pack but can't use it on PC because it's tied to the wrong Steam account.
