Over a month and a half of no support

Title, basically.

Kind of sad you couldn't use some overseas support agents to help resolve your severely understaffed customer service team. I've waited, like many, over a month and a half in regards to an account issue. This has hindered me to not play any Path of Exile 2 since launch until now.

Oh, did I mention I also purchased a supporter pack? (I've now asked for a refund in my latest email)

I would like to be able to play the game (or not), and its quite literally out of my control.
