Change Email account POE

Dear Support team,
I would like to present the problem I am having as follows: the POE account I am using is [Removed by Support]. But unfortunately, my verification email for this account was hacked. I can't log in, so I can't enter the game.
I am writing this thread hoping for support to change to my new email.
I can provide the all info of account to prove I am the account owner.
Once again, I look forward to your support with my issue.

Can you let me know when my problem is resolved? I play poe 1 and pay to experience poe2. Yet when I needed support, I received terribly poor care.

Still haven't received any further support. I don't have an account anymore to play games.
