Bought 6x premium stash tabs and only recieved 2?

as title says, bought 6 for 200 gold, checked my stash and had only two new ones. Am also missing a premium quad tab from like a month ago GGG support stopped emailing me back. I have all the transactions to prove it.

Still no reply from support via email or on here. Pathetic customer experience and the fact you cannot use microtransactions between PS and PC is a joke, not as if im already missing paid for stash tabs, that you guys are yet to give me.
