Donation to the guild from members

Hi, I play on PS5, yesterday I donated 50 gold to the guild to buy a tab, and it was written off in the game and did not transfer to the guild. Today they gave me a chapter, the gold still did not appear. On the site in Personal account these 50 gold are displayed. See what can be done. Thank you.

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
If you want to check the status of your donation, or cancel it, you can do so here. If after some time this is not accepted, these points should return to your balance.
