Supporter pack forcing opt out of physical goods

I tried upgrading to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal pack and I was not allowed to opt into the physical goods. Whenever I try to add my delivery details to the purchase, it says "An argument was invalid". I sent an email over a month ago and have not gotten it resolved. Is there anything I can do? I want to eventually get the artbook but I hear you need to buy the clothing to get the artbook :(

Same issue here. The strange thing is, I believe our issue is related to all the game crashes and login problems. I always check the dump file and it references repeated login attempts while I’m playing the game, and lists hundreds of rows of POE1 trade chat messages from thePOE1 website. IVE NEVER EVEN PLAYED POE1. This is some real amateur work being done by the dev team. I literally click on the poe2 website link and it goes directly to this poe1 website. The only way I can get to the new game site is by typing it out.
