Really want to get back to playing

Hello I’m sorry to post here again , I recently posted about my account being locked and was told by Markus that a senior staff member was going to look into my case, Diablo 4 just isn’t the same lol.. Would someone be able to look into my situation ? Im afraid I’m never going to be looked into , I have another ticket I opened over 20 days ago and I was never assisted for that . I have about 400 hours in the game and a lot invested . Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated , and I’m willing to comply to whatever is requested on my end .

Sorry to bother , I got a response from support regarding my account lock and they confirmed the reason why it was locked, but didn’t say If it was a ban or if it would be reactivated . I’d really like another shot at this I’ve gotten the message that grinding gear takes these matters seriously , I sent a reply immediately but haven’t heard . Help appreciated
