What to do against a player scamming people?

Igot scammed today by a player that put a Morior Invictus with 5% increased Attributes and +10% to all Elemental Resistances per Socketed Rune or Soul Core for 21 Divine Orbs on www.pathofexile.com/trade2.
When we traded i got a Morior Invictus with 5% increased Maximum Mana and +10% to all Elemental Resistances per Socketed Rune or Soul Core. When i tried to PM him to give me the right item, he had ignored me already. That was intentional scam. I reported him but i got no response, neither from him nor from game support. As i checked now he put the same item he scammed me with on trade again. Probably to scam the next person. I have screenshots to prove what i say and i have his account. Is there anything you can do to help me please? Can you please stop this person from scamming even more people! Last bumped on Feb 11, 2025, 7:21:50 PM
