Need help regarding locked account

Hi GGG,

I've already sent 5 emails in reg my locked account but I have yet to hear anything back still... It's been a while now.

I've sent in a ticket about my account lock in the start of this month. My 11yo son was playing my account, then midway he got disconnected and locked,

I am sure nothing illegal was running in programs as well as I've been playing and supporting GGG for years (with packs too) since Garena days over 13 years at least (pre-steam).

Is it possible for someone to help take a look at unlocking the account for me?

I'd really like to be able to play again.
