EA key

I recently(Feb.3,2025) bought EA Key and did not receive any EA Key in "my account" can you please double check. I should have a 1 extra EA Key because before buying EA key I am already playing because my friend gave me key.

The first time you obtain early access it will be automatically redeemed for your account, and any additional times you receive early access will grant you a key instead.
Please note that this is dependant on the sub-account you're completing the purchase on. If you've redeemed Early Access on one sub-account (resulting in each of your linked accounts obtaining Early Access) then complete the purchase on the second sub-account, you would not receive an Early Access key.
