Accidental multiple purchases of same item
Hi,
I tried to purchase the Currency Stash Tab (on PS5) on January 24 during the sale but the checkout process kept timing out so I tried it a few times. Each time it timed out the points balance didn't update (get reduced) so it looked like the transaction didn't go through and I gave up. When I logged in again the next time I noticed that my points balance was showing zero. I was confused until I went to the "View Microtransactions" history page on the web portal and saw that the Currency Stash Tab has been purchased 5 times. I only wanted to get 1 of the Currency Stash Tab so is it possible to refund the other 4? This only happened due to the system glitch and timing out so it was completely unintentional.
