Completed a payment plan for the Sandwraith Assassin supporter pack I reserved on Nov 18th

I heard the e-mail system was backed up and a majority of them aren't even reaching you anymore. So I'm posting here to see if I can get this finished up. Back on November 18th I messaged the support e-mail about reserving the Sandwraith Assassin Supporter Pack, as I was only $110 away and had my money held up in a lawsuit. I agreed to have 1100 points added to my account by February 18th and I completed the agreement and added the points on February 5th. Really hoping I can get the pack placed on my account so I can use it for the upcoming event!
