Account stolen & no feedback from support mail for one month since 01/12, need help help help

Hello GGG team
I've sent an email in 01/12 from my email:[Removed by Support] and also sent a lot of mails to support@grindinggear.com in the following month, but one month past there is even no feedback


My account was stolen without no verification code to my email, even skip password, and my email was unbind

I really don't know how that happened

I've send a lot of proof to support email include the original registration mail, Xsolla bill for EA access and several mails about verification code between 2013 to 2025
