No matter what I do, I cannot play PoE2 on PC
I paid for the $400 supporter pack on Xbox. I paid for the $30 entry on GGG, but because it's on the wrong Steam account currently linked (which I sent an email about in December and is still not resolved) I am unable to play the same account with my Xbox characters and bonuses, on PC.
I just tried downloading the client outside of Steam straight from the GGG website, and logging in, and it still says I don't own it. I've bought this twice, once for $400. This is an absolute clusterf**k. As it stands I can only play with my characters on Xbox. Even on the GGG website, which my Xbox account is linked to my GGG account, it says I don't have beta access. OP here. That was from my Xbox account tied to my GGG account. Even when I enter that email address it says I don't have access. Not sure what else to do.

" I have sent 2 emails already to the support email listed. One in December when I was told to post here instead after waiting 2 weeks. And again earlier this week when I was told "we're getting to it". I paid $400 for something to play back in December but because I bought it on another platform I guess it caused this huge mess. Nothing is syncing correctly between these platforms. I even have a message in my inbox on this account that says I made another $30 purchase for an additional license to play on PC. This account is linked to both my Xbox and my Steam. And when I sign into the stand alone client, it still says I don't have access and need to purchase. Edit: I just tried changing my email address to a personal one that I haven't used anywhere else and it still says I have no access, again, even though I have a message stating that I made the purchase. Even when I click "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" on this account page, it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."
But right above it is my Liberator of Wraeclast badge. If I have to get on the phone at this point to solve this problem then that's what we can do and walk through it together. I haven't heard anything back from the email support. I understand you guys are busy but this has been months. |
