Where do I redeem the 300 coins for the early access key?

I have the coins now, but I can't find where to exchange them for the key. On the early access page it tells me I need to spend $10 to upgrade to get access (upgrading recognizes 2 game card redemptions form before). I had an issue with a 3rd game card being redeemed that has been resolved, (Thank you GGG), but all I can think is the early access system doesn't know about this transaction somehow, so it isn't allowing me to exchange my 300 coins. I'm not sure. Any help, or links would be very appreciated.
