Premium Stash Tab Upgrade not showing

I just bought a new premium stash tab and a premium upgrade, but only one applied, so I did not receive two premium tabs...
I tried restarting and going into a new instance. BTW, this is for path of exile 2. What can I do to fix this? Last bumped on Feb 14, 2025, 3:08:03 PM
