Question about the support team delay?

If you guys are so far behind why in a day did I get a response after waiting for two months and breaking down and sending a new email.

I'm afraid due to the launch of Path of Exile 2 we are experiencing a delay in responding to players emails, however rest assured one of our team will get back to you in your original email chain with us as soon as possible

If your so far behind why did he get back to me so quickly? Is there a reason we are locked out and not getting help beyond to many tickets or whats going on.

How do we not lose hope/interest in the game as players who have been stuck in limbo for over 2 months hearing the same response?

that has neither helped or given me information, can a mod delete your post for preventing, spam tos?

for real im asking how they can respond in 10 hours but still claim that they are behind? why are our accounts locked?
