Wrong POE account used to play POE2
Hello.
I purchased POE2 via Steam and when I was creating account on official POE page, I was asked if I want to merge with already existing account as they used same email. I did't play POE1 but I assume sometime in the past I created the account with intent to try it. When in game, I either chose or got defaulted to the old POE account, which I now have my characters on and also did some microtransactions for stash tab. What I didn't realise at a time as I wasn't aware of it at all is that on the second account I received 300 premium currency for early access purchase. I cannot use that currency as it would require me to create new character and start over, and also I don't know if my already purchased tabs would transfer there. I wrote email to support which they responded to, asking me character names and full account name I have this issue on. Since then they didn't reply. It is over month now since I first started trying to resolve my issue. Is there some other channel I can reach out to support? Is there even something that can be done about my issue? I asked for the coins to be transferred to the account I am playing on, not sure if that would be possible, or if there is some other solution which will allow me to keep my characters, all already purchased stash tabs and also get the premium currency that is now sitting on my unused alt account..
