It’s understandable that support is handling a high volume of cases, but it feels unfair that victims of hacking face prolonged account locks without any updates. Providing clearer communication and prioritizing affected users would greatly improve the recovery process.

What Raises Concerns:
- Excessive Lock Duration Without Updates: Being locked out for over a month, especially after promptly reporting the hack, suggests poor case management.
- Victims Are Penalized Instead of Protected: It feels ironic that those who reported being hacked are locked out longer than some users suspended for rule violations.
- Lack of Clear Communication: Leaving users without updates for weeks leads to confusion and frustration.

The core issue isn't just the volume of cases but how victims of security breaches are managed—left waiting without access or updates for far too long.
