I have already emailed multiple times,but no one has reply.

I purchased POE2, my account and login email has been locked.
You can't help me change my email address.
Is it possible to get in touch with someone directly without receiving a pre-generated/bot message?Or if not can I please have a refund until your studio is able to let me play the game that I paid for?
