Key revoked/Want to buy new via Steam

So had the key revoked & lost access to the game after some time of play. Won it on one stream and as I understook key was revoked.

Now when I try to buy on steam I get "If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of:
Path of Exile 2"

My question : will I get the key to my steam & when I run the game will I be able to access the game because now I'm getting this " Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.

Don't recieving any answer. Maybe you just say me, will it be ok and i'll be able to play ir i will buy on steam game even if I recieve this warning "If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of:
Path of Exile 2?
