ps5 cant upgrade the king of faridun supporter pack

i cant upgrade my normal poe 2 game pack to the king faridun supporter pack.in play station there is only one place to purchase it and ths is the poe 2 in game shop store.its not working it shows upgrade button but not working can u guys help this issue pls.
