Lost contact with support

I've created a ticket for store refund on 26.01 and support asked me for few of my characters names.
After writting most of them I've lost contact with them and didn't got any information from then since 28.01. I'm writting about it here to get atention of support once again. Last bumped on Feb 14, 2025, 1:55:54 PM
