Missing premium Tab

A week ago I bought the premium tab for 40 coins, so the one that adds a tab and not the one that convert a regular one to premium. To this date I still don't have the tab activated on my account, but my coins are definitively gone. I reached out to GGG support by email and I have no answer after a week. Is there anyone else in the same situation with a solution ? I'd greatly appreciate the help
