I sent an e-mail to GGG 7 days ago to unlink my GGG account from my Microsoft account, but they still haven't do anything. When does the process occur?

Support is complete trash atm.
I sent them an email January 30th, again asking for a followup Jan 6th...and have yet to get any kind of reply at all. I used to applaud GGG support. But Im sure anyone here can attest, They have fallen hard from grace. |
