Gift or cancel mtx purchase.

Hello,
My husband got me an account with support packs, etc. I tried to play Path of Exile with him. Since I don’t have as much time as he does (he works from home), I wanted to use all my points to gift him MTX because he loves it. Support asked me for character names, so I provided them, but since then, it’s been silent. After reading more on the forum and still not getting an answer, I bought the MTX to make it easier to transfer.

We live in the same household and share the same IP, etc. If there’s no way for me to gift these items, could you cancel my purchases? Alternatively, maybe I could donate the points to his account or his friends’ guild?
