Me and a Guild Mate Purchased a Few Guild Stash Tabs By Mistake

In POE 2, A guild mate sent me 130 points and I contributed 85 so that we could get a Guild Quad Stash Tab (145 points) and two Guild Premium Tabs (2 x 35 points) while they are on sale. It was our understanding that items could be traded via premium tabs and thus we could place guild items into guild premium tabs and list them publicly for trade. The leftover points were just enough to buy the quad tab so we settled on that.
After finding out that the guild premium tabs did not work as we had thought, we did some research and found that it appears that only the re-color, re-label and affinity functionality work for guild premium tabs. If we had known this, we would not have made these purchases the way we did, my guild mate wants to trade so they should save their points for a personal premium tab and I will find something else to spend my points on as well.
