Account Not Showing POE 2 Access

Hi,
My account doesn't show that I have POE 2 EA, although I have purchased the Kings of Faridun Supporter pack. It shows that the pack was purchased in my microtransactions, and that I am currently in a POE 2 guild, I can even see my character list. How do I go about fixing this?
