Can't trade on new computer

I just got a new computer and tried to use trade. It is saying that I'm not logged into the game with my account (I am). Went to connections it did not show that my account was linked to steam. Tried to connect and it says that I cannot link two accounts with the same login credentials.

It appears that you may be logged into the website with a secondary Path of Exile account. If you would like to log into a Steam associated Path of Exile account, you can do so by logging out of your secondary account, then clicking the Steam logo on the login page.
