Account locked 1 month no end in sight

Hi,
I have had my account locked for a month now, with only 1 automated reply sent 1 day after first sent the email. I have over 10k hours plus well over $1000 spent on this account. The lack of customer support or any type of help is very disheartening, and infuriating. My account was hacked due to your data breach and I had to do a charge back because it was nearly $200 aus dollars that was taken. This has been completely unacceptable and surely not legal. Something needs to be done or I will be seeking advice as you are basically scamming me of money that has been spent. PLEASE DO SOMETHING you cant keep saying your backlogged its been well over a month of you saying this with no action. Account name is Kaneor#1969 Can you please advise if you have even received my last email as I have no idea if you or haven't. Ps. Your ticket system is terrible and you should be ashamed.
