Request for Account Unbinding and Rebinding

I bound the wrong Steam account and now I want to unbind it. I have already sent an email to the official support, but after replying to one email, there has been no further response. What should I do?

However,I have encountered a small issue that I hope you can help me resolve.It seems that my account has been mistakenly linked to the wrong Steam account.This incorrect Steam account prevents me from logging into the game properly,which severely impacts my gaming experience!I understand that resolving technical issues can be challenging,but I believe it is worth the effort,given the passion and time invested by players like myself.
