Help please !

Hello, I sent a message to support a few days ago regarding the locking of my POE2 account after a hack on my Steam account, throught a MP Discord.

Steam responded very quickly and unblocked my account


But not GGG... They only answered at my first email, more than 2 weeks ago,asking me a few questions which I answered, but since then, nothing.


I've had no further response from them, and it's now been two weeks since I've been able to keep playing a game I've bought...


I try Reddit, but my post is not published (don't know why). I'm not verry familiar with all this reddit/ support/ problem stuff...

I just wanna play the game I bought...

I'm trying to find help here out of desperation... Maybe someone will be able to help me.

My emails to support remain unanswered.

Hi ! Thx for the answer !

I confess to being reassured to have received feedback from you. My emails remained unanswered.

I hope I can be assured to see my problem solved after more than 2 weeks without any feedback (except now, from you).

I think a gesture, compensation would be also welcome. Not being able to play a game I just bought, without being responible of it, it's quiet a shame...
