Still no support since 16th of december

I guess we will never see a response to any of our support tickets. I was even answered at one point in december to give them some information. But I never got another response, if theyd just given a refund then there would be one less support ticket in que... GGG was always so great at support and communication, I dont think this is from a lack of trying, I just cant understand how they can be still unprepared and still not being able to fix the problem three months later...

yo, did you get the response from the support? i cant get their response for multiple weaks... even tho i basically cant log into my account, because my code on email is not showing up
