Very POOR support job

Hello. I am very sad about support job. Wrote an email about microtransaction problems, unfortunately I’ve got reply once (maybe in a week), asked me about order, characters details, gave them everything, and nothing. They just disapeared. Waited for almost two months, I wrote them few times again, maybe even more, asking why they are not replying to me - zero answers. Amazing job guys, keep doing this to your players. :)
