support does not respond

I made a purchase on January 30th in the game, I contacted support via 2 different emails, and I received no support, does anyone know what I can do about this? Has anyone else been through this? I just wanted a refund to purchase on the right poe account. I have proof of the day I got in touch and how long I waited.
